A digital operation to sell services without tying the customer to a unit at purchase time.

Grupo Salus brings together operations focused on health, beauty and wellness. Direct Salus was created to structure a digital and assisted service sales channel through vouchers, initially focused on the Call Center and prepared for future channel evolution.

The solution needed to standardize products, coupons, orders and payments without losing operational flexibility: the customer buys the service, receives an individual code and can use it in a participating unit, with validity, status and consumption controlled by the platform.
