Data required for the website

The website uses technical resources required to display pages, preserve your language preference, and record your cookie choice. These resources are not used for advertising.

Optional measurement

After you accept, we load Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the OpenAI Measurement Pixel to understand where visits come from and measure contacts through the form or WhatsApp.

We may record paid source, campaign, ad group, matched keyword, ad, device, and contact method. A WhatsApp click represents opening the channel, not confirmation that a message was sent.

First paid visit

When a visit comes from a Google Ads or OpenAI Ads ad and measurement has been accepted, we preserve first paid click data for up to 90 days to relate future contacts to the original campaign. Direct, organic, and referral visits do not replace this attribution.

Data submitted through the form

The form sends the information you provide to Wetok and HubSpot so we can respond to your request. After successful submission, and only with measurement consent, normalized email and phone data may be used for Google Ads enhanced conversions.

For the OpenAI Measurement Pixel, available identifiers are normalized and transformed in the browser with SHA-256 before measurement. Original values are not sent by the Pixel.

Retention and control

• Your cookie choice is kept for up to 180 days.
• First paid click attribution is kept for up to 90 days.
• You can review your choice at any time under “Manage cookies” in the footer.
