A transactional channel to sell plans without depending on manual steps.

Uniodonto Campinas already had a digital presence and relationship channels with customers, companies, dentists and brokers. Ecommerce became the transactional layer of this strategy: an experience able to present the plan, collect data, register dependents, handle acceptance, process payment and prepare the sale for internal operation.

The goal was not to create just a form. The solution needed to reduce friction for the customer and provide traceability for the cooperative, connecting proposal, charge, gateway, status, messages and integration with DataSys in a single journey.
